One of Turkey's most strategic projects in recent years, Istanbul Finance Center, 1.4 million m2 office space, 100.000 m2 shopping center, 2,100 people conference center, 30.000 m2 5-star hotel, 26.000 car capacity parking lot and smart city management meets all the needs of the business world. As finishing of the project, it is aimed to make employment for approximately 30.000 people.
According to the statement made by the “Environment and Urban Ministry”, the target of this project is to build a larger financial center than the existing financial centers in New York, London and Dubai and to make Istanbul an international financial center.
In the project, where the offices of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB), Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), Capital Markets Board (SPK), Borsa İstanbul, Ziraat Bank, Halkbank, Vakıfbank and İŞ GYO are located, approximately 5.000 pcs. DALI compatible Multilite and Elegance series emergency luminaires are located. In addition to our emergency luminaires, approximately 30.000 pcs. DALI compatible emergency conversion kits were used.
